To keep the application active and free of charge, advertising components are shown within the application interface. By continuing to use the application, you agree to see advertisements.
3. Stream Recording & Copyright Policy
TamoshoTV provides a feature allowing users to capture live TV broadcasts. This feature is intended strictly for personal, private, and non-commercial educational use.
Commercial distribution, resale, or public mass transmission of recorded broadcast streams is strictly prohibited. The user assumes sole legal and copyright liability for any misuse or unauthorized sharing of recorded broadcast files.
4. Broadcast Stream Sources & Uptime
TamoshoTV delivers publicly available, open HLS streams sourced directly from Tajikistan TV broadcasters.
The app does not own, alter, or host the television content. Because stream links rely on public server resources maintained by the official TV networks, TamoshoTV cannot guarantee 100% continuous uptime or stream performance.
5. Limitation of Liability
TamoshoTV is provided on an “As Is” and “As Available” basis. The developer makes no express or implied warranties regarding app stability and shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from your use or inability to use the app.
6. Revisions and Modifications
We reserve the right to revise or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued usage of the application following updates indicates your legal acknowledgment and acceptance of the new terms.
